The Stacy Group has the largest amount of rentals offered in Sun City. We are located inside Sun City so you have a physical office location to visit us at. This gives you peace of mind at knowing we won’t disappear overnight. Our unfurnished homes can be signed in lease terms of 12 months or longer. We have some tenants that sign long term leases from the beginning because they don’t want to move again.
All of our properties are right here in the gorgeous Sun City neighborhood. This is retirement living at its best. One of the tenants must be at least 55 years or older. Sun City offers an unbelievable amount of clubs and activities. Tenants will have full access to these, allowing you to really enjoy all Sun City has to offer.
